    Valid for 6 months
    • Identify and clarify your goals to ensure your direction
    • Identify challenges that will be in your way
    • Create a clear and actionable plan with specific steps
    • Reflect and review the plan and make adjustments

The yoga therapy sessions can be either online or in a yoga studio in central Stockholm. The business and life coaching is held online or in a physical location we decide.

As a certified yoga therapist, I will guide you through each step, reviewing your health concerns, ensuring safe movements and providing you with the tools to help you heal. Yoga therapy is not only about physical practice but also about empowering you to take control of your wellness and integrate yoga’s benefits into your life.


No previous yoga experience is required—whether you're new to yoga or have practiced before, yoga therapy is for everyone. It’s a great complement to medical treatment or management for any health conditions you may have, with the goal of promoting lasting positive change.
